Harka Sampang Rai of the Shram Sanskriti Party is leading in Sunsari-1 with 6,279 votes.
Rastriya Swatantra Party’s Goma Tamang trails in second with 5,333 votes, while Nepali Communist Party’s Tikaram Rai is in third place with 1,363 votes.
