Man dies after accidental shooting by hunting companion

Khotang
A 58-year-old man from Khotang died after being allegedly shot by his 25-year-old companion, Chetan Rai, during a hunting trip. The incident occurred on Wednesday in the Hatthidunge jungle.
According to police, the victim, Jagat Prasad Rai, was struck by a musket shot fired by Chetan.
After the incident, Chetan fled the scene but was tracked down and arrested the following day.
Authorities recovered two muskets at the scene.
