Two dead, 34 injured in Dang bus accident
All 34 injured passengers, who are from Dangisharan Rural Municipality-2, were rescued and rushed to Rapti Provincial Hospital in Tulsipur for treatment.

Two people died and 34 others were injured in a bus accident in Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-13, Dang, on Sunday.
Inspector Surya Bahadur Ranamagar of the Area Police Office, Tulsipur said that Shanta Khadka Chaudhary, 37, and Narayan Bhandari, 65, both residents of Dangisharan Rural Municipality-2, lost their lives in the accident.
The accident occurred when a passenger bus travelling from Goltakuri to Tulsipur collided with an empty school bus, which was returning after dropping off students. The incident took place on the Tulsipur–Amiliya road section near Bakhariya.
Following the collision, the passenger bus skidded off the road and fell approximately 4 to 5 metres down the roadside embankment.
Police teams from the Damargaun temporary police post and the Area Police Office, led by Assistant Sub-Inspector Parashwar Dangi and Inspector Ranamagar, respectively, were deployed to the scene immediately after the incident.

The driver has been taken into police custody. Authorities have launched a detail investigation into the cause of the accident.
