Nepal Oil Corporation slashes fuel prices
Diesel and kerosene will now be Re1 cheaper per litre.

Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced the price of petroleum products, effective from Thursday midnight.
The corporation has cut the price of diesel and kerosene by Re1 per litre.
According to the new adjusted rates, diesel and kerosene will cost Rs150 per litre in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Dipayal.
In Surkhet and Dang, consumers will pay Rs149 per litre for diesel and kerosene.
Similarly, diesel and kerosene will cost Rs147.5 per litre in Charaali, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Amlekhgunj, Bhalwari, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, and Birgunj.
In Nepal, under the automatic fuel price mechanism, the corporation sets prices based on the rates it receives from its sole supplier, the Indian Oil Corporation.
Prices for petrol, LP gas, and aviation fuel remain unchanged.
