Fire guts 14 houses in Terhathum

Fire gutted 14 houses in Aathrai Rural Municipality-6 of Terhathum district on Friday.
Assistant Sub-Inspector Bishnu Prasad Pitakote deployed to contain the fire said no human casualties were reported.
Out of the 14 houses, people were residing only in nine houses.
The fire that started from the forest near the confluence of the Fakchuwa River on Friday afternoon spread to the Majhitar community forest located in the middle of the village.
Police said the fire then spread to Hattikharka village.
