Thirteen dead, 19 injured in bus accident in Ramechhap

At least 13 people died and 19 others were injured in a bus accident at Lubhughat in Ramechhap on Tuesday morning.
The passenger bus was on its way to Kathmandu via Khadadevi-Sunapati road stretch when the accident occurred at around 10 am.
According to DSP Raj Kumar Theeng from the District Police Office, five men and four women died on the spot while four others died during the course of treatment at Dhulikhel Hospital, Kavre.
The injured passengers are currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
The cause of the accident is yet to be determined, said police.
