Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) candidate Rajendra Lingden has emerged victorious in Jhapa-3.
He defeated Nepali Congress (NC) leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula with a margin of 13,458 votes.
Ligden mustered 44,614 votes while Sitaula garnered 31156 votes.
