Ramechhap
An unknown person splashed black soot at Ramechhap Local Development Officer (LDO), Dinesh Raj Panta, at his office and fled.
The unidentified person entered Pant’s office with a file and handed over the file to LDO to read and hurled the black soot. He ran out of the office after the mischief and crossed past the district coordination office towards East.
According to Panta, he found “CPN-Maoist” written on the cover of the file and there were some statements inside it. Panta stood up from his chair rushed outside yelling “catch him” up to the main entrance. He could not find him. The other staff of the office couldn’t realise that the fleeing man mistreated LDO.
