Minister without portfolio Prabhu Sah has been given the charge of Ministry of Urban Development on Friday. 

Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has assigned the CPN (Maoist Centre) leader Sah to look after Ministry of Urban Development after holding consultatioin with major coalition partner Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal. 

Earlier on June 7, four ministers had taken oath of office and secrecy including Sah, whose portfolio was not determined then due to the confusion over the division of ministries among the ruling parties. 

Currently, Nepali Congress (NC) leader and Deputy Prime Minister Gopal Man Shrestha has been looking after Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and Ministry of Education, another NC leader Farmullah Mansoor is Minister for Labour and Employment.

Similarly, Chairman of Nepal Loktantrik Forum Bijay Gachhadar is Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Federal Affairs and Local Development, Maoist Centre leader Janardan Sharma is Minister for Home Affairs and NC leader Gyanendra Karki is Minister for Finance. 

PM Deuba, who is also the President of NC, would expand his Cabinet after the completion of second phase of local level polls slated for June 28.
