Minister of State for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Indra Bahadur Baniya has been appointed as the Minister of State for Home Affairs on Monday.
Binaya has been given the responsibility of Home Ministry after Parshuram Tamang of Rastriya Prajatantra Party was appointed as the Minister of State for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation.
Baniya, who is close to Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, had won the second Constituent Assembly elections from Makawanpur-1. He is also the district President of Makawnapur.
