UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the constitution will be amended again to embrace grievances of Tharu and Madhesi community.

Addressing Tharu Rastriya Mukti Morcha’s 3^rd assembly in Tulsipur, Dang on Friday, leader Dahal remarked that the constitution already respects identity of Tharu community and it can be amended further to broaden the Tharu’s rights in it.

He went on to say that it was just an approach to put dust in people’s eye by saying that the constitution has not given any rights to the Tharu community. He noted a constitutional commission has been constituted to establish rights of the Tharu people.

In a different context, leader Dahal claimed the party deserters Mohan Baidya and Baburam Bhattarai will soon return to the mother party.
