Sitaula files candidacy for party President

General Secretary of the Nepali Congress Krishna Prasad Sitaula has registered his candidacy for the post of party central President in the ongoing 13th National Convention of the party on Friday.
Leaders Harsha Bahadur Bam, Uddhav Thapa, Bhimsen Das Pradhan, Arjun Kumar KC, Shiva Prasad Humagain, Hari Bahadur Karki and Krishna Prasad Koirala proposed Sitaula's candidacy while Narayan Prasad Gaudel, Janardan Aryal, Balak Ram Yadav, Mukesh Giri, Sanjay Kumar Karki, Chitra Bahadur Mijar and Khem Prasad Ghimire seconded it.
Likewise, leader Gagan Thapa has registered his candidacy for the post of party general secretary and Umakanta Chaudhary has filed candidacy to the post of treasurer. RSS
