PM Oli, who arrived here in his home town Jhapa on Wednesday morning, urged the NC not to be distracted by miniscule things and be united with the government to move towards building the nation. “There are a lot of NC leaders who are in favour of democracy,” said PM Oli, “We will coordinate with them and bring NC to join the government.”
PM Oli remarked that CPN-ML leader CP Mainali, who was alongside Oli during the programme, will also join forces with CPN-UML. “He will not stay outside the government for long and will not stay in CPN-ML for long. He will join CPN-UML.”
The Prime Minister assured that he will work towards building the country denouncing corruption. “I don’t have the desire for wealth. I don’t have any children,” said PM Oli, “I will be transparent in moving the nation towards prosperity.”
During the programme, NC General Secretary Krishna Prasad Sitaula said that his party will support or dissent the government judging the works done. He further said that the NC will lend its support as needed to make amendments in the constitution.
