Nepali Congress candidate has emerged victorious in Mustang.
Yogesh Gauchan Thakali of the party defeated Prem Prasad Tulachan of CPN-UML with a margin of 914 votes.
Thakali received 3,992 votes as Tulachan got 3,078 votes as per the final results.
Thakali is a member of the Gandaki Province Committee of the Nepali Congress.
