Fixtures unveiled for Nepal Premier League

Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) unveiled the fixtures of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) T20 cricket tournament on Monday.
Biratnagar Kings and Janakpur Bolts face off against each other to kick off the inaugural edition of the NPL on November 30 at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.
Eight franchise teams are participating in the tournament.
Kathmandu Gurkhas begin their campaign against Chitwan Rhinos on December 2, while Karnali Yaks face the Bolts later that day.
Sudurpaschim Royals will take on the Kings and Pokhara Avengers will clash with the Rhinos on December 3 to open their tournament.
Lumbini Lions start their tournament on December 4 when they face the Kings.
The top four teams from the single round-robin league will advance into the playoffs.
The top two teams of the league will face off in Qualifier 1, with the winning team securing a direct spot in the final.
The third and fourth-placed teams will compete in the Eliminator.
Both Qualifier 1 and Eliminator are scheduled for December 18.
The losing team of Qualifier 1 will get another chance and will play against the winners of the Eliminator in Qualifier 2 on December 19. The winner of Qualifier 2 will claim the final spot in the title match.
The final is set for December 21.
