The probe is into his alleged financial misappropriation during his tenure in the Town Development Fund where he was the executive director before joining the NRA.
Gyewali has also been charged with making alliance with NGOs even after joining the authority and delaying reconstruction works. “We have received a number of complaints regarding his performance at the Town Development Fund and the authority,” said CIAA Spokesperson Krishna Hari Pushkar. He added that the complaints would be subject to a detailed investigation, which is ongoing.
