Nepal Police Club won Birat Gold Cup title on Saturday defeating Jhapa XI 1-0 in the finals in Biratnagar.
Substitute Bharat Sah scored the only goal for NPC. Shah scored three minutes from regular time to end two year trophy drought for the departmental team.
NPC’s Bhola Silwal won the match of the match award while NPC’s Suman Subedi won the player of the tournament.
NPC pocketed Rs 501,000 after the win while runner ups Jhapa won 301,000.
