Zhora Sports Management (ZSM), the organisers, said the tournament was rescheduled after consultation with all six participating teams.
“We have decided to push the dates by few days after consultations with team managers. They asked for some time to strengthen their squads,” said the ZSM managing director Aamir Akhtar in a statement.
Six teams will vie for the Twenty20 trophy. The teams — Vishal Group Warriors, Jagdamba Giants, Sagarmatha Legends, Kantipur Gurkhas, Colors X-Factors and Panchakanya Tej — recently played the 50-over cricket in Dhangadi and Kanchanpur. Tej won the 50-over tournament. ZSM informed it will release the new tie-sheet soon.
