An improvised explosive device planted in the premises of District Court, Taplejung has been defused.
The IED was recovered behind the Court building and it was neutralised by a bomb disposal squad of Nepali Army, according to District Police Office, Taplejung.
It is suspected that the IED may have been there since the time of the conflict as security personnel had been stationed there for security, according to DSP at the Office Gyanedra Bahadur Basnet. RSS
