Fugitive murder convict held after 5 yrs
A fugitive convicted in a murder case has been arrested five years after the court pronounced the verdict, District Police Office Siraha said.

A fugitive convicted in a murder case has been arrested five years after the court pronounced the verdict, District Police Office Siraha said.
Police arrested Uttimlal Raya, of Chandralalpur-2, in a murder case. District Court, Siraha, on March 30, 2011, had convicted Raya and sentenced him to 10-year in prison.
According to DSP Shekhar Koirala, Raya was presented before the court on Friday. He has been sent to Siraha jail.
