Minister for Foreign Affairs Prakash Sharan Mahat has urged the people to be part of the national campaign of development and prosperity, saying that the country is now heading towards a sustainable peace.

Unveiling Shanti Dharma Stupa erected in memory of Japanese national Okiri Obara at Sunkhani VDC of Nuwakot district on Wednesday, Minister Mahat said a prosperous Nepal is possible with hard work and discipline of all people.

With the promulgation of the new constitution and sustainable peace, the time has come to make dedicated efforts for economic prosperity, he said.

Mahat added that the government is working to address demands of all disgruntled groups in the constitution for a lasting peace. (RSS)
