Chinese charity organisation donates Rs 164 million for quake recovery

Ram Prasad Subedi, consular officer at Nepali embassy in Beijing, said that the amount was donated in the embassy's account.
A delegation of the organisation had reached the embassy after the April 25 quake and assured of financial support to Nepal.
Heren Foundation is the largest charity foundation in China. Cao Dewang, the chairman of the organisation, is also the president of Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co Ltd, based in Fuzhou City, east China's Fujian province.
